As an educational psychologist, consultant and parenting coach with Lori Day Consulting, I work with parents, students and schools in a variety of ways. During my 25-year career, I have worked with students from preschool through young adulthood, within traditional academic settings, alternative programs, and special needs placements.

I am also a co-founder and board member of the Brave Girls Alliance, a global think tank and consulting group of girl empowerment experts who advocate for healthier media and products for girls.

I do a lot of writing about all of these things and more, and am the author of  Her Next Chapter: How Mother-Daughter Book Clubs Can Help Girls Navigate Malicious Media, Risky Relationships, Girl Gossip and So Much More.
